Can this template be used for WordPress, ShowIt, Squarespace, or Shopify?
No, this template is specifically designed for use with Wix and is compatible only with the Wix Studio Editor, which differs from the standard Wix Editor. The Wix Studio Editor offers advanced features and flexibility tailored to create stunning websites effortlessly.
Additionally, please note that site content from your current Wix site cannot be directly transferred to the new template. Some contents from your current Wix site, such as blog posts or physical products may be imported manually.
Can I use this template for clients?
Each Wix Template purchase is valid for use on a single project or website only (e.g., 1 Wix Template purchase = 1 website). If you wish to use the same template for multiple websites or clients, you must purchase an additional license for each new project.
If you are using the template to create a design for a client, you must not claim or promote these designs as exclusively your own work. Templates cannot be resold as templates; you must be doing the work for your client.
Doing the work means that you, as the designer, are actively customizing, setting up, and/or managing the website on behalf of your client. This includes tasks such as adding content, configuring settings, and making necessary adjustments to meet the client's needs. Simply providing the template to the client without these personalized services would not qualify as "doing the work."
How will I get access to the template?
Within 12 - 24 hours you will receive an invite via email to access the template. Click accept and the template will automatically install in your Wix account!
*Access links will expire after 3 days of being sent, if you allow it to expire you will be required to pay a $10 resend fee before we will resend the access link. Templates are non-refundable after purchase.
How do payment plans work?
We offer flexible payment plans for our website templates to suit your needs. When you choose a payment plan, you'll be invited as an admin to the template, allowing you to start customizing and using it right away.
The template ownership will not be transferred to you until the final payment has been received. During this period, there will be some limitations on using the template that will be lifted once template is transferred after your final payment. View limitations →

If you choose to do a payment plan, your payment will automatically process for the amount of months that you select via the card you used to purchase.
If you miss a payment, your template access will be suspended until any missed payment or payments are made. No refunds nor exchanges are given.
Can I use the images in the template?
Ivory Mix is the copyright holder of the photos/videos. The photos/videos included within your template may only be used on this template. You may not extract and use these photos outside of this template. Should you want an extended license to use the photos in a different application, you may do so by purchasing them at IvoryMix.com by becoming a member of the Ivory Mix Membership.
Do I need anything else with this template?
Yes, premium Wix hosting is required for some apps and features and is NOT included with the template. You'll need to purchase a Wix premium hosting plan and a domain separately. If you need assistance with choosing or setting up a hosting plan, please contact us, and we can provide you with a direct and easy-to-use hosting payment link for Wix websites.
What is the difference between the Credit Required and Credit Not Required license types?
Credit Required License: This license requires you to keep the designer credit on the website. It is perfect for those who want to use our beautiful templates while acknowledging the designer's work. This option is ideal for personal or business sites where giving credit is not an issue.
Credit Not Required License: This license allows you to remove the designer credit from the website. It is perfect for those who prefer a more personalized touch without external credits, especially for business websites or client projects. This option provides more flexibility for branding and customization.
